The 7-Day Protocol

Day 1 (Monday)
Early Morning

1 glass warm water with 1 tsp honey and a pinch of black pepper.

Breakfast

Warm Moong Dal Chilla (savory pancake) with mint chutney.

Mid-Morning

1 fresh Apple or Papaya.

Lunch

1 bowl Quinoa, 1 bowl bottle gourd (lauki) sabzi, light buttermilk.

Evening Snack

Herbal tea (ginger/tulsi) with roasted makhana (fox nuts).

Dinner

Light vegetable soup (carrot and spinach).

Day 2 (Tuesday)
